I am getting failed bdocs those are relevant to groupware entries and below error messages in SMW01 for the same, it's happening sometimes. Please help me why its happening and how to resolved it as I do not have much experience on this groupware concept.

-Enter at least one number for the business partner
-Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.

Hi All,
In My project Client wants to create Employee Master in SAP CRM and replicate to SAP DBM. We tried to create Employee in DBM and replicated in CRM, but Client wants to have CRM as Source.
Is it possible to replicate Employee master from SAP CRM to SAP DBM (ECC) with out Development.

Hi All,
I'm facing a Bdoc issue as of now. Business Partner with GUID <XXXXXXX> doesnot exist. I have the BP and the GUID in CRMKUNNR table in R3 but not in CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO in CRM. It doesn't exist in CRM. I know the steps as to how to resolve the error. But i'm not able to find out the root cause as to why this error occurred.
I have attached the image showing the error below.
I have also seen some threads mentioning the contact person relationship or something relating to some filter criteria not met in CRM because of which the failure is happening. Could any one please explain me the cause in detail. It would be of great help to me.

Hi All,
In BP we can assign multiple Sales area data, But for each sales area data we can assign only one sales office and one sales group. In my project we have multiple office in one Sales area, we want to extend BP to Sales office. But it is replacing the existing sales office. We need to maintain both the Sales office details for the BP is their any way to capture all the sales office details in BP.

As part of SAP CRM system connected with SAP ECC data transfer happens in the form of BDOC’s from vice versa .On daily basis there are so many data’s like Business partner, material, sale order getting replicated.
If we check in SMW01 Bdoc monitoring Tcode whichever data got transferred successfully will appear as Green color, if it is in progress / intermediate means yellow color and error means it gets red color.
As per standard activity using standard jobs all Green bdocs are been removed from the SAP CRM system in order keep the database clean to access the table content without much time consuming.
Normally error bdoc’s coming in OLTP windows from SAP ECC are processed on daily basis monitoring activity. But some Bdocs error cannot be cleared off due to various reason and remains in the system by occupying the space. Ex: If contact is having Central block, the same contact will be removed in ECC, but exists in other systems.
The irrelevant error Bdoc needs to be deleted as depicted in the below mentioned SAP CRM page
As part of best practice SAP used to send us a report in the name of SAP early watch Alert as raising red flag. By deleting these irrelevant Bdocs from the SAP CRM system will keep our database clean and also performance will be improved.
Note : Every 6 month by following this activity will be helpful for us to keep a track.

Hi Experts,
Am having a doubt regarding the A* condition tables delta download.
I have created Z* adapter objects to download the custom condition tables and downloaded them from R/3 to CRM.
So for the new changes made for these custom A* tables in R/3 , will the data flow automatically after the initial load for the Z* adapter objects have been run?
Or we need run the intial load again to sync the data between R/3 and CRM for A* tables?
Please suggest.

Materials are downloaded from ECC Material master to CRM,
But sales text(long text) from material master is not showing in CRM.
Checked the note 1614620,but the note cannot be implemented.

We are facing some contact person replication issue, creating contact persons and relationships in CRM and these will be replicated to ECC, but sometimes the contact persons are not getting replicated to ECC, due to this some discrepancy is happening in tables (CRMM_BUT_CONTNO and CRMPARNR) between CRM and ECC. Please help me how to bring these tables to sync and what is process to update these tables and make them have the same updated data.

In my project we have few Sales GROUP in CRM only so we have not maintain the same in R3.I am not able to select the those sales group in BP or transaction. Do i have to always maintain the corresponding R3 sales group. How to create a Sales group as stand alone CRM.

Hi,
I want to change in BP for examle. Incoterms with mass/massd transaction.
1. The problem is that mass is not going to change it (add values) when the initial value is "empty"
2. Also when I click buton "delete own data" all fields are filling up with data which comes from "Reference BP" (which is good 
SO pls help me how to :
1. Mass add values for empty fields od sales area data or
2. Mass "click" on "delete own data" for specific BP id numbers.

We are in a middle of BRIM (for Telco) implementation and we need to fill out values in CRMC_TAXCAT_AR table (Taxes exentions for Argentina), because it is used in help search TAXEXEMPT_F4 (view: TAXEXEMPT_F4H) in BP and we could find the customizing path or a view in order to fill out it.
We try downloading the following objects from SAP ERP with no luck: DNL_ARGENTINABD, CRM_DNL_ARBD
Could someone please let me know how it should be fill out?

Hi All,
I tried to Assign Single Sales Group to multiple Sales Office but it is not possible in PPOMA_CRM View. I enhanced the view and maintained in the Function tab. I have assigned the sales group to one sales office in PPOma_CRM and other sales office data in FUnction Tab. When determining in the Transaction iam getting the below error message "Sales org. unit 100 does not have these attributes" . The sames error is not coming for the sales office which i have directly assigned the sales group.

We facing some issues with customer master data, whenever changes are made in customer master data in ECC, sometimes the changes are not getting replicated to CRM, so getting some discrepancy on customer master data between ECC and CRM. Here we want to know or list all customers those are not in sync and fix the discrepancy on customer master data. Please help me on this and let me know if we have any process or solution or tools to find out discrepancy on customers between ECC and CRM.

Hello *, after initial load of BP from ECC-->CRM the sales are data are missing in masterdata (in CRM). The organizational model was transferred from ECC-->CRM and the flag "Obj. Permitted in Determination" is checked for the org.-units (compare KBA 1909667). Do I have to perform any further settings? Thanks a lot in advance. Kind regards Thomas

We have a requirement for claim processing and we need to put a check in CRM depending on value ATTRIB_7 of the table CRMM_BUT_FRG0041. This value should be populated from field KATR7 of table KNA1 in ECC.
