CRM BP replication to ERP BP

Hi,

 

I've configured the replication of CRM BP to ERP SD Customer master successfully.

However, we have an additional requirement enable CRM BP to be replicated ERP BP, which means replication will happen from CRM BP to ERP SD customer master and ERP BP simultaneously.

What are the additional configurations needed?

Region field not appearing in BP Creation

Hi All,

 

Please note that even though the region field has been marked as an optional field in field groupings for all 3 options when i am creating the bp-prospect in GUI the field region is not displayed in the screen.

 

Can someone please help.

Automatic assignment of BP role to BP

Hi Sap Gurus,

 

I like to know, how can I add one or more business partner role to a BP, automatically , at the moment when a BP got created. Eg. I've created a BP 102, I do not want user assign any role to it manually, from selecting BP role drop down list, I want prospect and sold-to-party (these two roles) get attached to BP 102, automatically at the moment of BP creation.

 

Can you please provide the details method.

Sales unit MCS is not assigned to this product

Hi experts,

 

when replicating product from ECC to CRM i got these below errors

"Sales unit MCS is not assigned to this product"

"Delivery unit of measure MCS is not assigned to this product"

"Validation error occurred: Module COM_PRODUCT_MAT_VALIDATE, BDoc type PRODUCT_MAT."

 

and also Sales org and distribution channel data was not replicated into sales and distribution tab in txn:COMMPR01 in CRM.

 

Please help me in this issue.

Business Partner Synchronisation

We are using synchronisation of debitors and creditors between ECC and CRM through Middleware. Now we are considering introducing the Business Partner model over all Systems as a first step towards master data governance.

 

Now to the question: Is it possible to still use the filtering-options of crm-middleware to only synchronize  specific groups of business partners? Are there any restrictions for the middleware following the change to general business partner model?

p.s.: Can someone from SAP please deactivate that spellchecker in the editor-frame? It's getting on my nerves to see all those outlining when there is no typo anyway and the spellchecker also changes to German capitalisation although I write in English and I have English as default in my profile.

Contact person replication from CRM to ERP BP

Hi,

 

My requirement is to replicate only the account to ERP BP when the it had changed from prospect to customer.

I have set up the simple intelligence replication in SMOEAC to filter the IS_PROSPECT. So far it works fine for account but not the contact person.

When the account is prospect and contact person is added, replication encountered error and contact person will not be transfered because main partner is not transferred along with contact person.

Again, when the prospect is changed to sold-to, contact person will also not transfer.


Any idea



p/s: Sold To account and contact person are both replicated successfully if both are created at the same time or if contact person is added after account had changed the Sold To.

Bupa_Rel : Relationship Between Partner XXXXXXXXXX andXXXXXXXXXX Does Not Exist

Hi All,

 

We have more than 200 Error BDocs in production system and  Bdoc state description : BDoc validation error, BDoc type : BUPA_REL, Flowcontext description :mBDoc Validate

BDoc state : E04

 

we have 3 error segments
1. BP relationship XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX BUR001: following errors occurred
Message no. BUPA_MW_EXCHANGE020


2.Relationship Between Partner XXXXXXXXXX andXXXXXXXXXX Does Not Exist
Message no. R11165

3.Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_REL_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_REL.
Message no. SMW3018

 

Please guide is there any settings are mismatching in between ECC and RCM interms of BP Relationship.

Multiple Internal Key(INT_UI) of POD created against same premise no

Hi Team,

 

We are using CRM 7.0 sp3. We are able to create connection object and Premise from SAP .Issue occurs while creating and replicating POD.Currently in some cases there are two INT_UI getting created in CRM table ISU_POD for same PREMISE. This include the INT_UI no created in SAP CRM and INT_UI created on SAP ISU and replicated to CRM. Hence while trying to create contract in SAP CRM  it is giving error in ECRMREPL "Record <INT_UI no created in SAP CRM >not found in table EUIHEAD".

 

 

In MDT of category CRM_POD_INST we have used the following values for the parameters.

 

Connection object node :

I was using value INT_UI for the parameter INT_UI in MDT. Changing to parameter value EUITRANS_INT_UI seems to work in some case.

 

Also in Web UI after SAVE  when you refresh the screen there are no pod is displaying.Is this issue related to MDT or do I need to check on templates assigned to the profile ?.

Ever suffered from obsolete contact data records in SAP CRM?

Many companies struggle with having a lot of obsolete account and contact data in SAP CRM. For sales representatives but also for other users of CRM that deal with prospects and customers it is often a pain when either finding too many almost identical data records, or finding data that is just obsolete. This costs time - and money.

 

You can now use a nice feature that can help you to decrease the number of obsolete contact data records in SAP CRM: As a user you can decide for setting the status "To be archived" for a contact when deleting the last contact relationship of this contact to an account. This is available in the "Contacts" assignment block of the "Account" overview page, for corporate accounts, individual accounts and groups.

 

This feature has the very important advantage that you give the control of such data to the people that have the knowledge: The users that know a contact, know exactly if this contact is not relevant anymore. They are the right persons to decide if the status “To be archived” should be set. As an example think about a person that died in the meantime. How embarrassing to have such a person still stored as a contact in SAP CRM.

 

To use this feature check out SAP Note 2104152. It is available for SAP CRM 7.0 for EHP3, EHP2, and EHP1.

 

 

Create a FS quotation in CRM to replicate to BaS

Dear Experts:

 

         We are using SAP CRM to create a FS saving account quotation. We also want the quotation to replicated to BaS to create a banking contract.  I accessed CRM WebUI with FS manager to create a quotation with “a saving account product”. Quotation’s status updated as “signed” but we couldn’t get it replicated to BaS to create a contract. (but a loan quotation can be replicated to BaS successful).

I have searched the documents but they all talked about loan quotations processing.  Can you please reference some information about “saving account product creation and saving account quotation process from CRM to BaS? For example, 1 what item category I need to use as all the FS* item categories are for the loan? 2. How to maintain the pricing information in saving account quotation?

Parter function deletion is not replicated from ECC to CRM

Hi, As business requirement, ship to party partner function is deleted in sold to party sales area data tab, but those changes  not replicated from ECC to CRM hence Ship to party BP relationship is not deleted from sold to. May I know the reason? If possible to replicate those changes where I have to make changes in middleware settings. Here i enclosed screen shot, where we did the deletion in customer master. Business Partner Merging In CRM

I am using Web UI to perform of merging data between master and source data. However, as there are some custom field, we do not set the WCF_Ignore_enhancement. And I am facing an issue on why the communication data is not merged, as the master data is set deleted in History.

Replicate Table From ECC

Hi experts,

I'm trying to replicate a table (T001B) from ECC to CRM using an adapter object.

To do that, I created an adapter object in CRM from transaction R3AC3, with the following setup:

 

Object Class: CUSTOMIZING

Initial flow context: Source R/3 - Destination CRM

Tables Structure:

  • Table Source Site: T001B
  • Mapped Structure: Z9CRM_T001B (custom table I created in CRM identical to T001B table in ECC)

Mapping module: R/3 to CRM: a custom Function Module where I read data from BAPIMTCS and fullfill Z9CRM_T001B table with data.

 

Then I launched initial load from R3AS of the adapter object, but the table in CRM was empty.

I tried to debug the FM to map from R/3 to CRM, but I noticed that ti_bapimtcs is empty, so seems that no data is read from ECC.

 

Do anyone know why I cannot download table in CRM?

I'm missing something?

Bypass Address Validation and Duplicate check while creating BP

Hi,

 

I am working on creating a Business partner with First name, Last name , Email and without any Address Data. We are using FLDQ component for Address validation and Duplicate check. I would like to acheive:

 

1. Bypass Address Validation (since i am not populating any address data)

2. Perform Duplicate check only with Email Id.

 

If you have worked on this scenario before, please let me know your thoughts.

Contact Person GUID discrepancy in ECC and CRM table

Hi Expert

 

I have come across different issue in my system, I'm getting GUID discrepancy for CONTACT PERSON in ECC and CRM tables.

 

I cross checked and its confirm. I raised the HIGHT priority OSS message but I have not received any positive answer.

 

Impact of this we are getting lot of BDOC errors in SMW01, I request if you know any sap note for this kindly share with me.

Hi All,

 

We have more than 300 errors in Production system and BDoc type BUPA_MAIN, below are BDoc errors :

 

1.Partner **********( guid ): the following errors occured

message no:bupa_mw_exchange010

 

2. In a 1:1 relation,you can have only one PARTNER_ID **** (chines languges ) ****( Org Unit & Distru Divi no)
message no : AXT_RUNTIME_MESSAGE016

 

3.Validation error occured: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL,BDoc type BUAP_MANI
message no : SMW3018

 

its looks like data issue and source system is ecc, kindly guide me how to stop the errors.

Service Order Costing Errors Data Replication CRM- ECC

Hello Al,

 

We are creating a service order and the same needs to get replicated as the Sales Order in SAP ECC, however the system is throwing costing error's(Screen Shot Attached)

I searched the forum however no luck

 

Following configurations have been performed in the SAP CRM side

 

1) Billing Unit is assigned to the Sales/Service Org

2) Billing Unit is also assigned to the company code

3) Item Category is TAD and the same is a service relevant item.

 

In the SAP ECC.

 

1) The profit centre is maintained under the same company code

2) Under the base customization Integration with Other SAP Components-Customer Relationship Management-Settings for Service Processing-Establish Controlling Type Controlling Level and Controlling Scenarios the no controlling is selected

3) Profit Centres get picked in the sales document using Substitution Rules I have checked in my quality and production system the same rule exists.

We raised an SAP OSS Message for the same however no luck, I tried to replicate the same scenario in quality environment and with no controlling as per the second screen shot above and the document gets replicated successfully, hence request your urgent inputs on the same

Sending alerts by email

I'm using conditions and actions in transaction to send alerts. I have defined an email address to the recipient business partner of the alert and now he gets an email for every alert addresed to him. I want to send email for certain alerts but not all of them. Is it possible?

Problem with replication of BP Rel from CRM to ECC

Hello.

 

We have done the necessary customizing to replicate Master Data from CRM to ECC and vice versa. The  replication of the Relationships from CRM to ECC is not working. I receive an error message in the BDOC (SMW01) with no details:


 

If I go to table SMW3_BDOCQ I only see the relationship between the BDOC and the Queue ID. Any idea of what is happening?

 

The replication of the Relationships from ECC to CRM are working fine...

Merge account - Communication data

Some customers are confused about how does the merge of communication data work. Here I will summarize the standard behavior when doing merge for communication data and relavant notes.

 

1. Basic knowledge for account merge:

 

There are 2 approaches of merging accounts:

 

(1) Online mode: If nodes are ONLY put in variant CLEARING, it will be displayed in "Referenced Data".

The online merge is triggered by pressing "confirm" and then "save".

 

(2) Background mode : In transaction BUSWU02, if you put the nodes in CLEAR_REP, the data will be merged as background job.

When merging the BP, you will not see the data in "Referenced Data" in merge screen.

The background merge job will be triggered by pressing "start" button.

After the background job is finished in SM37, you can see the data moved to master account.

 

2. The behaviors of merging communication data via Online mode and Background mode are different:

 

(1) Online merge for communication data:

 

For online merge, you are able to select which one (data of Master or Source) to be merged.

 

*All items which are checked (Master and/or Source side) should be visible in the Merged Account and all unchecked items should not be visible in the Merged Account.

*All checked items of the Source will be copied to the Master (they will be available in the Merged Account) and will not be deleted from the Source.

*All checked items of the Master will stay there (they will be available in the Merged Account).

*All unchecked items of the Source will not be copied to the Master and will not be deleted from the Source. *All unchecked Items of the Master will get deleted from the Master.

 

Regarding the last point, if you want the communication data of Master data retains even you unchecked it, you could implement the consulting note 2000885 to do the enhancement.

 

(2) Background merge for communication data:

 

* When Master and Source both has the communication data, no need to merge.

* When Master has no value into some communication such as email, it should be copied email value from Source.

* And always copy the address and replace the old standard address.

 

Eg.1

Master Account: #123, Street A, City A - 11111. T: 111 1111, Email: test@test.com (Standard Address)

Source Account: #234, Street B, City B - 22222. T: 222 2222, Email: test2@test.com (Standard Address)

After Merge,

Master Account: #123, Street A, City A - 11111. T: 111 1111, Email: test@test.com (Standard Address) and #234, Street B, City B - 22222. T: 222 2222, Email: test2@test.com (Non-standard address)

 

Eg.2

Master Account: No address / communication data

Source Account: #234, Street B, City B - 22222. T: 222 2222, Email: test2@test.com (Standard Address)

After Merge,

Master Account: #234, Street B, City B - 22222. T: 222 2222, Email: test2@test.com (Standard Address)
