Bdoc : Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)

Hi Experts,

 

I have created one sales order without errors. But the Bdoc status was in intermediate state showing "Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)". If I execute the Bdoc, It is showing "Bdoc processed successfully" and it is going to Queue and gets cleared. But it's not replicating to ECC and the bdoc returning back to the same intermediate state.


Please find the below image for more details.



I am facing this issue in few orders only. I have come across lot of threads relevant to my issue. But nothing helpful..


Please suggest.

Extend Object Model for BP (new custom field)

Hello Experts,

 

I am quite new to SAP. Recently I was given a task to create a custom field called "Agent" (used to select an individual account) and display it on Web Client. I had to use Extend Object Model for Business Partner in SPRO. I've walked through the guide, published on http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/4048d161-9ac1-2e10-3bbf-baef73d78109?QuickLink=index&… . I've created Key, Structure, Class and Table with two elements (bp_guid and char).

 

Now I wonder how to add new field to Web Client using (I suppose) transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB. Please help me walk through it.

Hi All,

 

  Why i am getting the sales order Error which is deliverded from ECD,while am creating the sales order in thee CRD system.

 

  • Inconsistent update flags (Notification E C( 004)

 

  I have checked all the notes but frankly am getting less info from them. Please somebody explain why this issue is coming and what is the permanant fix for this issue. In few days my system is going to live. Please help me out in this.

How to resolve error message IB_CRM_UPLOAD_MSG 025 in equipment replication

I have one parent equipment ZJERRY0827P which contains a children equipment ZJERRY0827C in ERP and I would likt to replicate both to CRM.

 

First I replicate children equipment ZJERRY0827C to CRM, it works. And then I perform a request download to replicate parent equipment ZJERRY0827P, this time it fails. There are some errors reported in tcode SMW01:

Why could this error occur

 

Since the children is replicated to CRM first, there would be one entry generated in table IBEQUI_INDEX, which maintains the information of its parent, and also information about the automatically generated IBASE. In my example, all fields for the IBASE are empty.

Later when parent equipment is downloaded, based on entry in the table IBEQUI_INDEX, the IBASE component is first identified and then the children equipment will be put to this IBASE. In my example since the four fields are empty, it fails to locate the IBASE and thus error reported.

 

Why the four fields in table are empty

 

Previously I tried to replicate both equipment to CRM via the following customizing settings:

Previously I use "IBase Category" as 03 for replication, which will not generate IBASE for end user. Thus the four fields in the table are empty.

Solution

 

Remove the related row in table IBEQUI_INDEX and replicate both equipment again. Now after children equipment is replicated to CRM, the fields in table are correct:

And after the parent equipment is replicated to CRM in the second step, the field ARCHIVING FLAG is marked as X.

Equipment replication from ECC to CRM

Hello All,

 

Please help me to resolve the equipment issue replication from ECC to CRM.

 

There two equipment's are not replicating from ECC to CRM system, I have checked equipment in IH10,there was a wrong assignment of the contact person, we corrected the partner function and re-process the B doc in CRM system still we are getting the below error messages, please help what needs to corrected from ECC and CRM perspective to resolve this issue.

IBase component does not exist at the time specified                                                                     CRM_IB         52

From the above error I can find the equipment in IH10 & where do I find the component?

 

This is the first time I'm working on this kind of issue (equipment), please help me.

How to map Customer in to Table : CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO

Can any one suggest how map BP in to Table : CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO.

 

 

BP exist in both the systems CRM as well as ECC but while we check above said table it is not existing BP over there.

 

 

Plz suggest how to map bp in to this table.

Hi Expert,

 

I need some detailed information if there is any alternative to the reprocessing of the error i am facing.

 

Error:

Business partner &1 is currently locked by you

 

Issue is as below:

 

The below is the case when the above error comes up during replicationbetween CRM and ECC.

Case: The BP is in change mode in both CRM and ECC or in either of these two systems.

 

Now whenever we are editing a BP  in CRM, a BDoc fails in SMW01 with error as mentioned above.

 

But when we are in display mode, the BDoc still remains in failed status in SMW01 and the replication is not happening.

 

Once i restart the BDoc from SMW01, the replication is successful.

 

Information required:
1.Why the BDoc is not processed automatically as soon as we are in display mode.
2.Is there any settings that needs to be done for this so that as soon as you are in display mode the message gets processed.

 

I know we can scheduled a restart batch job periodically but again this batch job creates un-necessay entries in SMW3_BDOC6 for the BDocs which cannot be reprocessed. And we should always verify a BDoc before reprocessing.


I was expecting a mechanism which does the below activity for any middleware:
1.If you are editing a transaction in CRM, the Queue and BDoc remains in failed status with the error as mentioned above.
2.But as soon as you are in display mode, the replication should trigger automatically.


I have checked many discussion forum and also checked SAP Notes but could not find the reason or resolution. Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi All ,

 

I'm new to Middleware , I'm trying to transfer Ztable data from CRM to ECC, I've created a bdoc type and i linked it to adapter object,

but when i start a initial load i'm getting below error.

Replication of S071 Table in CRM

Hi,

 

My requirement is to Replicate table S071 Condition Update Table from ECC to CRM in custom table (ZS071) through BDOC. Can you please guide me for the same.

 

As i want the cumulative entry to be stored in CRM, it should be updated when ever there is a change or update in ECC S071 table.

Determine the associated CRM table of the Adapter Objects

I have been working in SAP CRM WebUI, ABAP-CRM and Middleware.  I have been searching for the CRM tables which are relevant to the Adapter Objects; I haven’t seen any relevant information in any blogs/Papers on this topic. After 2 hours of debugging I got the below information. I am contributing my first blog, hope it will be useful to the community

 

Display object using R3AC1/R3AC3/R3AC5.

 

In this case we are looking at customizing for Account Group Business Partner: DNL_CUST_ACGRBP.

In the Table/Structures tab can view the associated R/3 tables which will be transferred during download process. That will be much better if we can see this table information in the SMOFTABLES.

Chek the same tables in ECC side in SE11/SE16.

   R/3 account group  :       'TVKT'.

In order to determine relevant table in CRM side, need to review code contained within mapping module of the download object. In tab Mapping Module R/3 to CRM select the associated module name

As Highlighted, We can see the mapping between ECC and CRM tables.

Step by step to download equipments from ERP with hierarchy

Requirement:

 

in ERP there are two equipment created via tcode IE01, one is parent which holds the other child equipment.

It is expected to replicate both to CRM, and the parent-children relationship still holds in CRM.

 

1. You should have already created two equipment as displayed in the screenshot above.

 

How to specify equipment as parent:

 

Open equipment via tcode IE02,

In popup window, specify ID of parent equipment in "Superord.Equip.":

2. Do customizing in CRM system via path: SPRO->Customer Relationship Management->Master Data->Installed Base->Replication of Technical Objects from SAP ERP->Define Default Settings for Replication of Equipment:

Site Name: Specify site ID for leading ERP system

IBase Category: choose standard category 03. An IBase with category 03 will holds parent and children equipment as object structure.

Obj. Family: Once IBase Category 03 is selected, the equipment from ERP will be downloaded as individual objects in CRM. Thus it is necessary to specify the object family and Category ID for the generated individual objects.

 

3. tcode COMM_HIERARCHY, open category OBJ_0401. Add settypes COM_TA_MANUFAC and COM_TA_R3_ID to it.

In Relationship types tab, add relationship "PRDIB" to it.

4. define download request in tcode R3AR2:

in request detail, specify both parent ID and children ID in each row:

5. trigger request download via tcode R3AR4. Wait until all related BDOC has green light in tcode SMW01.

 

Select BDOC CRM_IBASE_MESS and click "Show BDoc Message Ext.Data":

find the generated IBASE with category = 03:

AET Field Replication from CRM to ECC

Hi Experts,

 

I have created one AET field in Sales order header page and the field is available in CRMD_ORDERADM_H. I have added one Zfield in VBAK table in ECC. Now I need to replicate the sales order to ECC including the custom field and map it to the zfield in VBAK table. I know this will happen through data exchange badi, still I need to know the structure to add the field and further steps etc.

 

Can anyone share complete document/steps to perform this replication(AET).

How to resolve runtime error UC_OBJECTS_NOT_CONVERTIBLE when removing relationship between IBASE and object

Requirement: After downloading two equipment with parent and children relationship via the steps in Step by step to download equipments from ERP with hierarchy, customer needs to remove the relationship between parent equipment ( ZJERRY0903P1) from Object structure IBASE ( 112254 ).

The relationship between them are modeled and maintained via relationship type "PRDIB". It could be removed via function module COM_IL_API_DELETE. Then a report could be developed to remove the relationship. The complete source code could be found from attachment.

When the report is executed, there is a runtime exception occurred:

The error is caused because the data type of <wa_db_h> is not compatible with the line type of internal table <il_db_h>:

Both <wa_db_h> and <il_db_h> are defined as general table type, and their dedicated data type are determined via the corresponding entries in configuration table comc_il_struc:

In this case, the data type for <wa_db_h> comes from the value of field BASE_H, in SAP standard delivery, the field for relationship type PRDIB is empty, so the fallback type 'COMM_IL_PRDIB' is used, which is not compatible to the line type of COMT_IL_PRDIB_H_TAB.

So the solution is to add the correct data type COMM_IL_PRDIB_H to field BASE_H:

After that the relationship could be removed successfully. The parent equipment ZJERRY0903P1 does not appear in the object structure IBASE any more.

Error for validity periods of address usages - Message no. R11245

Hi Experts,

 

We have this error "Error for validity periods of address usages" and error Message no. R11245.

 

The addresses in BP were not replicated from SAP CRM to SAP ECC. All new address that are added in BP in CRM has a BDoc Failure with the above error.

 

So we found a solution that was related to buffer and have eventually resolved the issue and now new BP's are failing with this error.

 

But the old Business Partners that were in error still remains in error and we are unable to replicate the old address from CRM to ECC. There are many address in each BP that needs to be updated and manually it will be a very tedious job.

 

Can you please help me in finding the right solution?

Due to this we are getting WARNING msg for Credit check in CRM (Customer not assigned to BP GUID)

Stopping Characteristic replication for R3 to CRM for class type NE 300

Hi,

Now the Object ATTRIBUTE/CLASS/OBJCL are activated. In the filer for ATTRIBUTE, we have the below filter

Table Field      OP                                      Low      High                            Incl/Excl

But the requirement to tranfer to CRM  only the Charcteritics of the class type is 300 only.

 

Then I made the below settings

But even after , when I creare a characteritics in ECC through CT04 with class type 001, its still replicating to CRM. Is there is any object in which I need to do this??

 

We have not any class type 023 amd 026 in ECC and not sure why it was configured earlier (IN 2006) and in the note 618191-R/3 data exchange of classification data (class type 23).also they are saying 023.

 

Can anyone pl clarify.

How to remove BP status

In our system there are multiple statuses set as active for BPs. In the table CRM_Jest 2 statuses have the inactive feild blank.

I need to correct this by making one of them inactive.

I tried using the FM BUPA_STATUS_REMOVE, it does not allow, gives an error that status cant be removed. Please help me out here,

In Bound queue status in SMQ2

Hi All,

 

i've created a customer in CRM and saved it.

i've filled all the mandatory fields and it should replicate to ECC.

 

i've checked in SMW01, BUPA_MAIN BDoc is in intermediate state ,then i went to SMQ2 in CRM to check the queue status it is in READY status then upon unlocking the queue and refreshing it moved to RUNNING status and cleared from the inbound queue.....then upon refreshing the SMW01 ,BDoc BUPA_MAIN moved from intermediate state to send to receiver status and customer replicated to ECC.

 

My query is whenever i create any CUSTOMER/LEAD the queue in SMQ2 should go to RUNNING status and get processed automatically, every time i'm clearing the queue in SMQ2 and refreshing the SMW01 to reliacate the customer to ECC.

 

Please suggest me if any configuration change i've to do for the automatic queue clearence.

 

i've cleared all the queues in SMQ2 , there are no queues in wait/failed Status.

Lost Value in the Quotation

Hello everyone,

when I was trying to print out the quotation, I found the value for the finished goods is missing. The other four items are trading goods, I was wondering how to add a value for this item. Also, because it's a finished goods, so there is no specific vendor for it. Then how to create a PO, so I can 'Maintain a Request for Quotation' then add value in it.
