SAP CRM AET Tables to be extended into BDOC structures

Hi all,

 

This is a general tip I would like to share with everyone after my recent project experience on creating custom AET tables.We needed the AET table structure to be extended into the BDOC type BUPA_MAIN so that we could send the custom information via PI to other third party systems or possibly replicate the info into ECC customer master data.

 

We created an extension table in CRM 7.0 on the business partner object however unlike custom fields on BP that are appended into BUT000 and hence show up in BUPA_MAIN bdoc type automatically, the custom table structure does not automatically show up in the Bdoc.

 

For this to work, the below event in tcode CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU needs to be activated.

 

Event: CRMOU

Object: BUPA

Item: 1600000

Function Name: CRM_BUPA_BDOC_BPS_FILL_AXT

 

It does not come activated by default and since there weren't any messages on SCN around this specific topic, we had a tough time looking for the solution.

 

So hopefully this tip will help consultants out there looking for similar solutions.

Interactive reports vs BW reports

Hello Friends,

 

Please provide me the clarification for the below things.

 

1. Limitations on CRM Interactive reports (I know it is used for realtime OLTP reporting, uses BW client).

2. Can we customize and enhance BW reports or objects in the BW client ?

3. Can we use BW system (separate) use for Interactive reports as well as general BW system

BP role MKK still in use.adress validity cannot be changed

Hi experts,

 

We are trying to replicate a newly added standard address

In BP from CRM to R/3 but Bdoc is failing with the error  "BP role MKK still in use. address validity cannot be changed".

MKK is the contract partner role in ECC.

 

Please help me resolving this issue.

EVER and EVERH - Contract Table discrepancies in ECC for Move-out change/creation

Hi Experts,

 

We are facing issue in updation of move-out date in Contract in ECC system.

After I create or change a move-out in CRM, the system does not update the move-out date in the contract for various execution activity .

 

The issues is as below:

1.I do a move-out in SAP CRM

2.The move-out documents get created

3.The date in the move-out document is correct.

4. Now when i check in ES22, in Page3 section, the "Move-Out Date"  field is blank.

5.I then go to Extras-> "Field Changes" to see if any update was done and find that the correct Move-out date is present there

6.But this date is not getting displayed on the screen in Page3.

 

I have checked Market place and found to relevant notes as below.

 

1377218 - Incorrect move-out date in contract

572417 - Move-in/move-out: Changes saved incompletely

 

But unfotunately these notes are not relevant to my SAP ECC version.

 

My system version is:

IS-UT   605 0006

 

 

Can you please help me with the correct solution?

PDP determination for opportunity transaction

Dear Experts,

 

Hope all are doing good.

 

I have a Requirement like,

 

Need to trigger a bill-to-party in the opportunity transaction only based on BP relationships(Access sequences-Source) using Partner determination procedure(PDP).

 

I tried by taking,

 

Access sequence--> source=BP relationships and Partner function=Sold-to-party

 

And in PDP I used the same access sequence and maintained Bill-to-party as partner function. Finally assigned to Opportunity transaction.

 

Maintained BP relationships for STP and BTP before creating a opportunity transaction but still PDP doesn't worked.

 

As opportunity document having "Prospect" by nature, Is Prospect behaves as all the BP roles(If I enter STP)?.

 

 

Anyone please help me here, what are the exact Access sequences(source & partner function) and PDP determination i have to Use to get sorout this?.

How to restrict/block replication of contact person? SAP CRM 7.0 ehp 2

Hello fellow crm consultants,

 

I am looking for a (hopefully) standard solution to restrict the replication of contact persons (CP) from crm to ecc back and forth while they are related/linked to a customer.

 

In this current scenario we create a new customer on the CRM side and immediately link new or existing contact persons to this customer before saving the new entity. Upon save the data is being replicated and creates the same in ECC. However there is not CP replication been setup between CRM/ECC meaning that normally no contact person information is being replicated or synced between these systems. But only when the customer is being replicated including contact person(s) this is information coming through anyways. I want to completely block the CP information and only replicate the customer information.

 

Is above possible in SAP CRM 7.0 ehp 2 and how through customization?

not able to generate bdocs in generic program

Hi Experts,

 

We made a generic program to change the status of leads(order) in SAP CRM 7.0 system.

It is working fine all leads status is changing but BDocs are not generated for that changes done by generic program.

 

Please guide us for solution to generate the BDocs .So that We can fetch data in deltaload in BW system.

which scenarios HRALXSYNC program archives BP

Hi All,

 

I want to know in which scenarios HRALXSYNC program archives a business partner.

I mean if HR system sends data to CRM and empoyee is terminated in HR then in CRM BP is marked as cenrtal block.

 

Is there any scenario where BP in CRM will be archived by program HRALXSYNC for employee action change in HR system?

Is it that this program is not marking BP as archived at all?

BDoc's not created when downloading certain partners

Hi,

 

we have a problem when downloading certain partners from R/3.

 

Adapter Object  CUSTOMER_MAIN

Source Site: ECC 6.0

Target Site: CRM 2007

 

For certain partners, BDocs are regularly created, for some the status is "OK - green" in R3AR but when trying to search for BDocs there is a message "No BDocs found for this Request / Initial Load".

Clearly the partners are not created and present in BP.

 

Anyone encountered this error?

Change data is not coming in delta queue

Dear Team,

 

Scenario:-


We are changing the status of some order(leads) by a generic program and updating the table and it is getting updated successfully..

But after changing the status that data is not reflecting as change or updated data that's why these entries not showing in Delta queue.

because of that data is not coming in BW side while loading data through Delta Process.

 

Please guide us to solve this issue.

Material Group download using DNL_CUST_SPROD

Hi all,

While monitoring bdocs using SMW02,we found the following.

 

Bdoc type: PRODUCT_MAT

Sate : E04

Error text : Value Z42 is not permitted for attribute CRMT_PRC_GROUP4

 

To resolve the issue, we downloaded the object DNL_CUST_SPROD in R3AS. Now the material groups are downloaded, but the description in CRM is blank. Canu2019t the descriptions be downloaded from R/3? Should they be maintained in CRM manually?

Hi Exports,

 

         My requirement is when ever a particular Sales process or sale orders(SO) status i completed with  item status completed i need to update a 3rd party SQL data base table with those item details. i did this and its working but now my issue is its inserting two records into SQL server.

 

Example:

SO in CRM system

SO number :  5000181                 status Completed

 

item 10                                       status completed

 

In SQL server

UID number             SO Number           Item Number

 

1234                        5000181                  10

4321                        5000181                   10

 

it seems like the issue is not from SQL server because while sending the data from CRM to SQL i am generating UID number by using   CRM_GUID_CREATE. but while debugging its only executing only once. Can any one please suggest me how i can identify this issue.

Why the sales order not flowing first time

Hi All,

 

  I have been trying to save the sales order CRD,but every time when i was saving the sales order is going to the ECD and showing the warning 'COST CALCULATION'. After some time once i am changing a small discription, now the order is getting replicated. Why it is going on. Is there any check points to find the issue or is there any other root place to check...

 

  Please help me in the resolve this.

Business Hours, 2 different time frame

Hi gurus,

 

I'm working with CRM 7 EHP3.

I need to specify the business hours for calling customers...

 

My client has a lot of customer with 2 different time frame for calling in the same day.

For example

 

Mo: from 10:00am to 12:00am and from  3.00pm to 5.00pm

Tu: from 9:00am to 12:00am and from 4.00pm to 7.00pm

 

and so on. Normally the recurrence is weekly.

 

I'm not able to specify two different time frame for the same day, I read a lot of documentation but found nothing about it.

 

Anyone has ideas?
