I am able to send mails to individuals (no. of mails triggered are same as the no. of recipients). But when I tried to concatenate the individual email ids seperated by semicolon or space or comma, then mail is not sent successfully and it shows error in SOST 'Invalid recipient address'.

I want to create a service product with category 'SER_0002' in Test system. But this category is not available in the list of the categories. But this category is available in Development system. I checked the table ‘COMM_CATEGORY’, this category is not available in test system.
May you please explain me how can I get the categories like SER_0001, SER_0002 into Test system?

We are using ecc and crm 6.We have completed the initial download of customers from ecc to crm.AFter this when we do any changes to the customers in ecc then theses changes are also reflecting into CRM.But when we do the changes for address of the customer then these changes are not reflecting in CRM.But BDOC is generating with the updated address.Please let me know how to debug this issue from BDoc.

Hello,
We created a new sales org in ECC- we download it to CRM.
But in the BP sales area tab I don't see the new sales org.
I tried to download via request and it is not working... so I tried manually to change the BP data on ECC, it's working fine I can see the change in teh BP in CRM so that means that the RFC conenction is working OK.
Appreciate any help in this issue

Hi All,
We are working on initial download of customers. After the intial download customers are not avaialble in table BUT000 or in BP transaction.
The table entries can be seen in table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO with GUId with business partner numbers. But account group is missing there.
Business partners are not available in BP or in BUT000 table.
Queues are clear. Initial download shows green status. LAso, there are no failed bdocs.
May I please get resolution on this. If someone can suggest a note for this or any other workaround it will really help.

In the current legacy system of the client there is no connection between the following documents:
Service Order <--> Service confirmation
Service Order<--> Complaints
Complaints <--> returns
After migrating these documents into SAP CRM system can we link these documents together to achieve the document flow, if yes how is this done.
I have never worked on the Data Migration before, any smallest of input will be of a great help!

I have recently finished my training in SAP CRM functional module. Want to do certification ASAP just confuse at the moment that which notes should I prepare? I do have CR-100, CR-300 CRM Sales, CR-410 CRM interaction center web client CR-600 CRM Marketing and CR-700 CRM Services.
Do I have to go through all of them or just CR-100 as it covers all topics I think or any other books or notes if someone want to suggest please?

I have the below issue, Kindly help me..
Bank Details not getting replicated from CRM to ISU.
On Debugging found that Bank Details are getting picked up from CRM and reaching the ISU in BAPIMTCS Structure
But in the below mentioned FM COM_BUPA_MAIN_INBOUND_ISU at line number 114 and 115, I found a code to clear the Bank Detail and Payment Card to replicate to ISU.
Pls find the image below..
And so the Bank Details are not getting replicated to ISU.
Can any one pls help me understand the reason for this..
Why would the SAP code to prevent the Bank Details and Payment Card Details to replicate to ISU from CRM.
Is there any other reason for this ..
any help is appreciable.!!

I have a requirement , When a new relation is created for the for a product with BP i have to update a custom field in Product.The relation (link) can be created using interface also.Can anyone suggest the best place to code to achieve this requirement and function modules that can be used to read product data from buffer as well as database.

We created service order and entered the spares ,as per the business process it have to create the PR for particular spare but for some line items it not showing in the PR . In service order showing error like Error in coping order clint 400.
I checked in the Q it is showing the error massage for R3AUORDER_XXXXX error sysfail Purchase order is not created for 40 items.

I have a requirement to restrict the upload of BPs from CRM to ERP. The criteria I have to use it the BP-role.
In detail: Some BP-roles are ok for upload and some not (e. g. BBP000 - Vendor).
Maybe there is a standard functionality but I don't know it.
Does anyone have an idea.

Hi,
We would like to import material classification from ECC to CRM. For this purpose we would like to use the class, attributes and objcl adapter. We started by setting up the class adapter and setting up filter using R3AC1 for a internal class number. The configuration in ECC is complete. When we execute R3AS for BDOC type CLASS_MESSAGE and try to import the classification BDOC status is F02 and the data is corrected imported in the BDOC. But this data is not saved in the CLASS tables KLAH and SWOR.
We checked TCode SMW3FDIF in CRM and the function module CRM_CLASSIFICATION_CLASS_VAL is correctly maintained as the Validation Function module. We know that the class adapter import is not supported by the standard. We would like to know the steps to make the changes in configuration and code to make this work.
We have also tried to setup a breakpoint in function module CRM_CLASSIFICATION_CLASS_VAL to debug and check and but the debugging did not work

Steps
We've are implementing GEOCODING with a third party. This thrid party not only sends back the longitude and Latituide, but does address verfication.
In config, I've specifid our custom class and in the method, GEOCODE_ONE_ADDRESS the long and lat get updated, but I also want to update the address withe the correct data that came back (example zip+4)
The strucutre used for transferring the address is only and import parameter and I can change it. Nor does there seem to be another structure or method for this purpose.
Any advice?

after implementing the note 1728141 for curing the dump ' Function module "CRM_UIU_ERP_READ_CRM_DOC_FLOW" not found in CRM.The dump hasn't gone.I have applied the correction instructions too in the form of notes : 1811323 and 1639738.Plz suggest solution.
