We have the following requirement
Transfer of emails from MS Outlook to AP CRM CIC.
My question is
Does the email transfer come under full blown Client or Server Groupware integration or are there different settings required for this activity?
I beleieve email transfer is also in some way a part of groupware integration. Kindly let me know

Dear Experts,
In SMQ1, we have a queue "BW1000CRM_LEAD_H" with status "NOSEND".
When we double click on the queue, it displays 7different no of entries with Function module and queue name.
The function module is "/BI0/QI0CRM_LEAD_H0001" and queue is "BW1000CRM_LEAD_H" as said above.
I checked the table "TRFCQOUT". The value "X" is in the field "NOSEND", and value "READY" is in the field "QSTATE".
Please help me what is this status mean..

Hello,
Is it possible to replicate a Business Partner in CRM to a Business Partner in ERP? I don't want to create a customer in ERP, thus assigning account groups, setting up transaction PIDE in ERP etc. is not relevant.
The scenario is within Public sector / Social services.

we're facing an issue that "International Address" in R/3 Customer Master gets deleted each time we update "Communication Data" such as phone, email, fax in CRM Customer Master.
the program that cause the problem is LBUPA_INTERFACE_OUTBOUNDB26
we've been trying to find any SAP notes, but so far no luck.

I have enhanced the POD screen with customized Zattributes using COMM_ATTRSET.When I save the POD in CRM WebUI these custom attributes are not storing in the Ztable.Please could you suggest how to update the Ztable for the enhaced POD custom attributes if any one has worked on this scenario.

I dont know why it is trigerring the message.

Hi All,
We are downloading all Material Groups through adapter object DNL_CUST_SPROD .
All material groups are getting updated only with id's not description .
For Example : In table CRMC_PRC_GRP1 all group id are coming
but description field is empty for some group id.
While in ECC : In table TVM1 it's maintained .

In SMQ2, a queue with sysfail status is available.
Queue name: R3AD_SERVICE_MASTER
Status: SYSFAIL
When I click on the queue, the statustext is saying that “Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)”. But this queue is not available in SMW01.
May you please suggest me how to identify the error prone..

Some of R3AD_ACCOUNTING queues are stuck in ECC outbound queues with WAITUPDA status.
I am unable to unlock these queues .

I am developing a report in CRM, where I am using function module 'END_TIME_DETERMINE' to add or subtracts days.

When I pass duration = 0, I am getting sy-sybrc = 0.
but when I pass duration = 2 or any other value, then returning sy-subrc = 4.
When I execute the same case i.e. duration other than 0, in SE37, it is working perfectly.

We are planning to use the competitor functionality in Opportunities.
To use that functionality, we are plannng to create competitors in SAP CRM.
We tested by creating them as CORPORATE ACCOUNT with ROLE - COMPETITOR in WEBUI and used them inside the competitor assignment block (opportunity)and its working fine.
Is this process correct?
Also when I tried them as Prospect inside the opportunity, system is allowing it and not throwing any error message since its validating only the BP and not the competitor role of BP. How can I restrict those competitors not to use in the prospect field of opportunity and lead.
pl suggest.

We are trying to replicate Customers from ECC to CRM. We have made middleware settings. When we try to replicate Customers from ECC to CRM all the customers are created as BP Category u2013 Organization in CRM. We want to create Customers in CRM as both BP Category u2013 Individual and Organization. How can we achieve this?

I'm experimenting with business partner replication from ECC to CRM system. I have defined my own custom module in CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU table for CRM Inbound event and object Business Partner. When I trigger initial load and new customer is to be created in target system (CRM), custom module is executed. But for BDoc containing delta changes, nothing happens. How can I define custom logic for delta updates of business partner? Maybe there is a documentation on CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU table?

I'm creating BP via SXDA+LSMW and until I needed to create various segments of the same type from one single row of a file I thought this combinations is really cool, but now is a completly pain. So I'm open to hear your opinions, any help will be very welcome 
I have a plane file with 2 telephones and what I understood (Note 634300 - XIF: Loading Multiple Text Lines From LSMW) is that you need to split this in items, for example:
Header: BP 1|
Item: BP 1 | Phone 1|
item: BP 1 | Phone 2|
Before, I tryied a lot of things in the END_OF_RECORD but the system doesn't save the PSGNUM so when the SAVE is performed only stores one telephone. DoI really need to create a custom program to change the file from a plane file to a hierarchical file? I can't belive it 
But I have a better scenario, the same process but instead adding phones from a file, you want assign the same two phone numbers to all the BPs via constants.
I really don't want to create custom programs for this, but I SXDA+LSWM is starting to be a pain!!
