"Partially send, receivers have errors" BDOC state desc. what happens in background ?

Hi Gurus,

 

I have one question which needs some conclusion regarding BDOC error "Partially send, receivers have errors" usually these kind off error message also pilling in our buckets as we know.

 

What we need to do about these kind of error can we reprocess or just go on to analyse in both SAP ECC and SAP CRM ?

 

Apart from OLTP error which needs an immediate attention to clear those and keep it clean but when it comes to these kind off non-OLTP errors do we need to take care even this also or how ?

 

Please help me out with this.

Hello Experts - I want to recieve some data from ECC(stored in Ztable) to CRM do I need to do an RFC call to ECC to import the data to CRM or is there any standard way which SAP has provided??

Hello experts: we are maintaining at the moment all the contact persons in ECC previously and now new requirement we want to maintain all the contact persons in SAP CRM by replicating from ECC, please advise what configurations are required to replicate the contact persons from ECC to CRM.

Mapping SAP CRM BuAg filed with SAP ISU contract Account filed"Account in Legacy"

Hi Experts,

 

Please could you guide me, how to map SAP CRM Web UI field" Reference ID"  in Business Agreement screen  with  field "Account in Legcay" in   SAP ISU Contract Account screen.

This is for replicating Extenal Account Ids from SAP ISU contract Account to SAP CRM Web UI  Business Agreement field" Reference ID".

 

Both these fields are standard fileds and these fields doesn't have mapping so I have to do the mapping between these two fileds.

 

Please help me.

Hi Team,

 

We have successfully able to create BP and Business Agreement in SAP CRM 7.0  and replicate the same to SAP ISU. Connection object,Premise and POD is able to create in SAP CRM but its NOT getting replicated to ISU. Bdocs CRM_IBASE_MESS, PRODUCT_INDOBJ, BUS_TRANS_MSG are  getting generated and showing status 'Confirmed (fully processed)'.

 

We have created  MDTs ( categories CRMTECHOBJ ,CRMCONNOBJ_ALONE, CRM_POD_INST ) and allocated MDTs to object families.

Also added subscriptions ISU connection objects (MSEG) and IS-U Points of Delivery (MESG) to site R3 in SMOEAC  .

I have defined both internal and external number ranges for Connection object (0101 object family),POD ( 0102 object family).

Connection object is able to replicate from ISU to CRM.

 

Please provide your valuable inputs on the issue of replication from CRM to ISU.

Any help or pointers in this regard would be of great help

BUS_TRANS_MSG : Partner function with internal identification &1 does not exist

Hello,

 

I am creating opportunities in CRM 7.0 which are then replicated to ECC.

Changes done to the ECC opportunities are then replicated back to CRM.  Inbound Bdocs are generated in CRM.  The Bdoc type is BUS_TRANS_MSG and it has a queue name R3AD_<number of partner Z> in SMW01.  Partner Z is present on the opportunity.  The inbound Bdoc is empty – no data is present in the classical and extension part of the Bdoc.

When I view the opportunity in CRM, the error “COM_PARTNER 114 - Partner function with internal identification &1 does not exist” is displayed for all custom partner functions.  The error messages disappear after the BP assigned to the partner functions are changed. 

Can anyone explain why this error message is generated in CRM?

BADI or Enhancement before BP number Creation in WEBUI and GUI

Hello All,

 

I need BADI/Enhancement before BP gets created(WEBUI & GUI). As based on role ( payer/bill to ,ship to) i need to give grouping hence BP created based on grouping where we ll maintain Number ranges.

 

This BADI_CRM_BP_UIU_DEFAULTS will gets triggered but after BP creation it ll happen.

Employee replication from HRM to SAP CRM

Hi All,

 

we want to replicate employee from HRM to CRM with  below functionality/requirement.

 

1.We have an existing number range for employee in both the system ex:01 (which is working fine).

2.Now business want to incorporate/create  2 new groups of employee in HRM with two new number ranges ex:02 & 03.

 

So my question is how we are going to incorporate the 2 employee group into our SAP CRM system along with the number ranges.

When a change is triggered in ECC and in CRM does the BDoc have all the details about the Objects? or only changed data?

 

How can we know how the setting has been defined and where?

Article Master Replication from ECC to CRM

Hi,

 

 

 

I am trying to replicate article master from ECC to CRM. The delta laid is working fine and I can see the changes flowing through my ECC to CRM.. But i want to modify some data during replication. I have configured a BTE event and an FM against it. The issue is the standard function module CRS_MATERIAL_COLLECT_DATA doesn't trigger, when i debug.. Any suggestions.

Category for material group does not exist

Hi,

 

I am trying to download materials from R/3 to CRM. I have defined the product hierarchy structure and product ID settings in CRM. I have also downloaded the required customizing objects - DNL_CUST_PROD0, DNL_CUST_PROD1, DNL_CUST_PROD3. When I try to download MATERIAL, it gives me the following error message. I checked in Transaction comm_hierarchy and for R3MATCLASS, it is showing all the categories from R/3.

 

The error message is given below:

Category for R/3 material group XXX does not exist

Message no. COM_PRODUCT_API002

Diagnosis

If material groups are used in R/3, they must exist as categories in CRM/EBP before materials are imported from R/3. When Customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1 is imported, the R/3 material groups are imported automatically and created in the category hierarchy R3MATCLASS (material group).

Procedure

Check whether the R/3 material groups have been imported successfully and exist as categories.

Proceed

If necessary, import the Customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1.

Category for service category S046 does not exist

Dear Experts,

 

This is regarding the Bdoc error "Category for service category S046 does not exist". ECC service materials are trying to replicate from ECC to CRM. In our scenario we doesn't required ECC service material in CRM. I have not downloaded service materials relevant data. Still i am facing the above error.

 

Please help to fix the above error.

customer's new sales area not getting replicated to CRM

Hi Experts,

 

I have an urgent issue where in extended sales area for a particular customer is not getting replicated from ECC to CRM system. When I checked the filter settings in customer_main and customer_rail, the particular sales org  was not maintained in the filter like other org so I just added the KNVV table with  VKORG field with  equality low and gave that sales org name and synced the filter and saved it. After that, I performed the request load for that BP with KNA1 and KUNNR but still the newly created sales area is not reflecting in BP's all sales area and maintained sales area field. I extended the BP in Quality and it got replicated automatically to CRM side. But in quality, the filter settings were there from before for this sales org. Please see the attached screenshot for more details. Once we do request load, Bdoc goes in green but it is picking just one sales area and not picking the remaining two new created sales area. Please help as I have been struggling to slove this from last 3-4 days.

Hi All,

 

I'm asking this question again because as there is no conclusion yet got.

 

SAP CRM Tcode SMW01 for BDOC type "Product_MAT" under selection result we do get these kind of errors as well.

 

Under Queue name for numeric and alpha numeric products will populate like stated below :

 

R3AD_MATERIA0000000000  - Blank

 

R3AD_MATERIAEFORM ARN3     - suffixed with "EFORM ARN3"

 

Is there any settings / configurations needed to get even the numeric products.

 

Please anyone help me with this issue its a long pending.

Do you know why some addresses exist in ADRC but not in BUT020?

Some customers asked "Oh! Why there are some address numbers in ADRC table but do not have any business partner in BUT020 table??"


OK, don't worry about that because it is possible. Let me tell you the reason:


The table ADRC is the master table over all addresses (like BUT000 is the master table over all BPs).

So this means that if an address exists in ADRC it does not automatically need to exist in BUT020.


You could check the "ADDR GROUP (Address group)" field in table ADRC. If it is filled with value "BP" then this entry isreally a BP address and must exist in BUT020. Else we do not care because it is an other address type.


Address types are defined in table TSAD7. Another usefull table is ADRV where you can see the usagein the different application tables.


So if you found the numbers of the entries in ADRC and BUT020 are not the same next time, don't feel too surprised about that.

Ibase Component and Partner Update - Data Corruption

Hello Everyone,

 

I'm facing a pecular issue with updating parters of an Ibase component through a custom program.

 

This is the requirement:

Under certain conditions, Partner A attached to the components of an Ibase have to be replaced by Partner B for the same partner function.

If the ibase have more than 1 component and if both have the same partner, then a data corruption results. Teh data corruption is a double entry in table IBPART where i end up getting 2 valid entries for a PARTNERSET record.

I'm using FM CRM_ICSS_CHANGE_COMPONENT to carry out the partner update.

Here are the steps i'm using:

1. I'm Looping at the Ibase

2. I fill in the Component structure I_COMP with the Ibase and the Instance 1.

3. I fill the partner structure I_PARTNER with the two partner records- Partner A (For Deletion by setting field UPDIND as 'D') and Partner B (For addition by setting Field UPDIND as 'I').

4. Then the loop continues for updating the second Component.with the same details.

 

 

After the Update, the following is happening at the table level.

1. Table IBPART gets 2 records which are valid for each Instance. (Ideally, there should be only 1 record for each component which then links to multiple partner functions in tale CRMD_PARTNER). the two records are just slightly different in theoir VALID FROM timestamp. But both records are valid in Current Time.

 

This is resulting in a short dump when i try to go to the partner section from IB52 transaction.

 

I think the main reason for this is that table IBPART is not locaking down when the first update is happening (deletion) and hence i end up with two records

 

Can any one help me out in this

creating service confirmations with LSMW by IDOC ?

Hi,

I am new to LSMW to migrate Service confirmations, i am using idoc CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M,

here i am passing the input files to the structures of this idoc,

i have 6 files( Header, actions, appointments, BP, notes, ext_ref )

 

I am facing mapping issue here

 

is there any mandatory structures need to be filled while mapping the fields from input files to these existing stuructures(segments) in the idoc ?

 

or only with Header info also enough to process the service confirmation creation.... i am new to this Service module.
