Replication Error

Hello!

 

We are replicating data of type Salesdocument from our ERP-System to the CRM.

 

For that, I configured the filter in R3AC1:

 

VBAK    AUART    Equality (= Low)    AG

VBAK    AUART    Equality (= Low)    LV

VBAK    AUART    Equality (= Low)    ZTA

VBAK    AUART    Equality (= Low)    YLV

VBAK    AUART    Equality (= Low)    YTA

VBAK    ERDAT    Greater or equal than (>=Low)    01.01.2000

 

Since some weeks, we are working in our ERP-System with new types of sales documents: G2 and YAG. They should not be transfered to the CRM system! So I extended the filter above with these lines:

 

VBAK    AUART    Inequality (<> Low)    G2

VBAK    AUART    Inequality (<> Low)    YAG

 

But every sales document, which is created in the ERP-System creates an entry in SMQ2 with Status "SYSFAIL" and the Error "Error during Validation (Details: Transaktion SMW01)". They are blocking the queues, other documents in the same queue can't be processed while the first one has this status.

 

SMW01 says:

 

Business transaction type YAG does not exist

Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG.

 

At the moment I'm helping myself by deleting those entrys in smq2 and retrying the following ones until the queues are emtpy.

 

What can be the problem? I had a look into the customzing of the CRM for transaction types (SPRO -> CRM -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Define Transaction Types) and found out, that those transaction types G2 and YAG are not defined. Would the obove mentioned filter-setting work, when defining those transaction types?

Data Exchange SAP CRM to SAP R/3 with several account groups

Hi,

We have several Grouping in SAP CRM and the same account group in SAP R/3.

 

But, when we make the mapping between SAP CRM to SAP R/3 by Middleware (Tx. PIDE) under folder CRM -> R/3
.

We can assign one Account Group to Classification. But we need to assign 3 account group for 1 classificaation.

 

Example:

 

Grouping SAP CRMAccount Group SAP R/3
ZC01ZC01
ZC02ZC02
ZC03ZC03
ZC04ZC04

 

We need to create in CRM a BP (Prospect) with Grouping ZC01 or ZC02 or ZC03, because we need to get a number ranger different. And we send the BP to R/3 by Middleware, we need that R/3 creates the BP with the same account group to CRM.

CRM BP replication to ECC BP

Hi All,

 

  I am able to replicate CRM BP to ECC . We want to replicate relationship to ECC. When we replicate the relationship we are facing few issues.

 

1. In ECC side two BP is created one created directly from CRM BP with the relationship but does not have sales area data and the second BP is replicated via ECC Customer which has sales area data.

 

In our project we can use the BP itself but we need Sales Area data. is their any configuration to be made to replicate Sales Area in ECC BP directly from CRM BP.

 

  Is it possible to replicate customer roles maintained in SAP CRM to be replicated in ECC BP. I have configured the same roles in ECC and CRM, but the roles are not replicating.

customer replication issue from ECC to CRM

Hi Friends,

 

My issue is the customers those created in ECC are not getting replicated to CRM as the ECC number range will not fall in CRM number range, so I am planning to change the number range in CRM which matches with ECC number range, since in ECC the number range is external and created internal number range in CRM, mapped and test this, but in this case I am getting different customer number in CRM (customer number is not identical in both systems) and then tried by creating external number range in CRM and checked, in this case I am getting the same number in CRM(customer number is same in both systems). Please suggested me on this whether its best practice or will there be any impact in future if we use external number range in both systems(ECC and CRM). Here we replicating customers from ECC to CRM. Please let me if there is any alternative way or best practice to get identical number in both systems in this case as we cannot change number range in ECC and supposed to create number range only in CRM. Please help me on this.

BUSINESS PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS ARE NOT REPLICATING TO CRM FROM ECC

i have started the delta upload in PRD system. however, business partners are replicating but their relationships are not. where a business partner is linked as a spouse in ECC system, in CRM the business partner is replicating but not the relationship that links them.

 

i am getting the following errors in smw01

 

 

 

 

 

in the outbound queue in CRM, BUPA_REL object has error "Sysfail"

 

 

 

 

there is a corresponding dump in ECC

 

 

 

any help will be appreciated on how this error can be solved

can i delete queues with error in smq1 Production system??

there was a client copy in the production server which left some queues in error state

"Logical System is not defined in table SMOF_ERPSH!" the table was updated. i also update tables CRMPLS and CRMMLSGUID. however, upon debugging the queues, the FM BAPI_CRM_SAVE header data is pointing to the wrong logical system and i have failed to change it.

'

Can i delete the queues in SMQ1 and do a generation job to update the missing BPs in the CRM system?

Contact person relationship tables are not in sync

Hi Experts,

 

We are facing some contact person replication issue, creating contact persons and relationships in CRM and these will be replicated to ECC, but sometimes the contact persons are not getting replicated to ECC, due to this some discrepancy is happening in tables (CRMM_BUT_CONTNO and CRMPARNR) between CRM and ECC. Please help me how to bring these tables to sync and what is process to update these tables and make them have the same updated data.

Business partner exchange SAP CRM & SAP ECC

Hi Gurus,

 

We have a SAP ECC production system, and we are implementing SAP CRM now.

 

When SAP CRM will be in production, the Business Partner will be created by SAP CRM and replicated to SAP ECC.

But, we would like to know if the following premises can be correct:

 

1. We are going to upload business partner from SAP ECC to SAP CRM. when upload finish we are going to change the number range for SAP CRM (Internal) and SAP ECC (External).

 

2. We are going to create the business partner in SAP CRM and replicated to SAP ECC, and the business partner will be modify in SAP ECC. We need to get this change in SAP CRM too. Is it possible?

 

The change will be made by BP transaction in SAP ECC.

 

SAP CRM will be creating a prospect and SAP ECC after a lot of verification process, we are going to change the BP to customer. We need to change the BP role to Sold-to Party in SAP CRM too (by Middleware).

Filter Sales document from ISU to CRM (R3AC1)

Hi All,

 

We want to filter Sales document with certain Transaction type 'XXXX' to flow from ISU to CRM.

 

We tried setting filter in R3AC1, however, it does not have any provision to set filter in OLTP (check below screenshot)

Any idea how should we filter BDocs from ISU to CRM based on Transaction type (BUS_TRANS_MSG)

User assignment during Employee replication

Hi All,

 

We are replicating Employees (BUP003) from ISU to CRM and everything except the user assignment replicates fine.

So basically BP is created in CRM, however, it has no user assigned in the Identification tab in Tx. BP

 

We have checked the following already and it still does not replicate user assignment :-

1. Table T77S0, HRALX --> USRAX = "X"     (As per SAP note - 711852)

2. Included info types 0105 and subtype 0001 in BD64

 

 

Any clue on why the user assignment does not replicate ? Any other settings missing for user replication ?

 

 

Note - Pls. note the user does exists in CRM

process to compare customer master data details

Hi Friends,

 

We facing some issues with customer master data, whenever changes are made in customer master data in ECC, sometimes the changes are not getting replicated to CRM, so getting some discrepancy on customer master data between ECC and CRM. Here we want to know or list all customers those are not in sync and fix the discrepancy on customer master data. Please help me on this and let me know if we have any process or solution or tools to find out discrepancy on customers between ECC and CRM.

Conditions Initial load is running on two hosts

Hi,

 

We are running condition initial load for a custom object using transaction R3AS  in CRM system. After a few blocks of data has been extracted in ERP, it is observed that the same load is being run on another host (in ERP) at the same time. The generated queue name remains the same and due to this data which was already sent by the first host is being sent again by the second. Since conditions initial load inserts the data directly to the tables, duplicate entries are being inserted and results in data dump.

 

Any pointers on why same process being run on two hosts would be helpful.

How to approach while Request downloading alpha numeric products from SAP ECC to SAP CRM?

Well when we do a request downloading for a numeric materials/products we usually maintain a number range and will proceed with Request downloading.

 

My question is when it comes to alpha numeric how will be the approach pasted below are the screen shot for reference.


For ex.number range maintained 20 characters for numeric products/alphanumeric products pasted screen shots which one will be apt?

 

Please help me out with your valuable ideas.

Error when replicate client to SAP ERP

Hi experts,

 

I customized the replication between SAP CRM and SAP ERP, but when the sd client is created in SAP ERP, the relevant information refers to bank details or payment data (credit card) is deleted because the function module ISU_BUPA_MWX_GET_SD_ACTIVE is executed.

 

I followed the steps detailed in this guide:

 

Business Partner Replication - SAP CRM: Basic Configuration - SAP Library

 

Can anyone help me?

Connecting multiple ECC to CRM client being different - any risks

Hi ,

We have scenario where one department is using CRM and connected to ECC. Other department want to use different client in same CRM system and want to connect to their own ECC which is different from previous department's ECC.

Is there any risk. Does SAP support such connections.

Once we take the initial load of plant from ERP to CRM vendor concerning to plant will be created in the CRM and this vendor is not replicating to ERP how to make it flow back to ERP.

Sales area data missing in BP

Hello *, after initial load of BP from ECC-->CRM the sales are data are missing in masterdata (in CRM). The organizational model was transferred from ECC-->CRM and the flag "Obj. Permitted in Determination" is checked for the org.-units (compare KBA 1909667). Do I have to perform any further settings? Thanks a lot in advance. Kind regards Thomas

I want a bapi or Function module for creation of customer machine in crm.

I know the bapi BAPI_BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA for creation of customer but i want few more fields like Asset ID, Product ID ect.., so is any bapi or Function is there for creation of customer machine which have BP id , Asset ID , Product ID.

R3 customer number is not updated in CRM BP

HI,

 

   We are creating BP in CRM and Replicating to ECC. When ever the customer is replicated. R3 customer will be updated in the SAP CRM Identification tab for ID type CRM002.

 

   But some of the BP is not updating the CRM002 in CRM. The mapping is Missed between CRM and ECC customer.

 

 

How to solve it.
