I am new to this functionality.Actually the data transfering from CRM to PI.
in the ChangeHistory of BPData getting transfered to PI interface, only standard field values are coming, but Z field values not coming.
is there any input how to test the data transfering while from crm to pi...
i found couple of Transaction codes SXI_MONITOR which will shows the xml message.
I am really to new this functionality.. pls provide any inputs to go further.

I need to know whether it is possible to make the CRM interactive reports read from a remote BW server, and not on the same netweaver installation, I have tried this by replacing the values in table BIREP, CONFIG, CRM_CLIENT with the remote BW RFC, however when I run the report /CRMBW/CONFIG_WIZARD it gives an error that the function module "/CRMBW/CHECK_REMOTE_CONFIG"; which is very logical, as this function module is found in the ABAP package BBPCRM, which can be only installed on the CRM server, not the BW..
So, is it possible to configure those reports based upon a remote BW server?

I am trying to retrieve the details of the bdoc from transaction smw01 output.
I have the request id for the bdoc which is stored in table SMOFRQHD and I need details from table SMW3_BDOC.
Please let me know if there is any link between the two tables. I am creating an initial load for customers so I have the customer ID as well.

Hi all,
I'm having some difficulties in getting the goods receiving hours from a customer being send to CRM.
What I want to do is just send over the text (TVWAT-VTEXT).
Because we already do send over non standard fields I went with the idea to include the needed code in that function module.(process CRM0_200).
When I debug, I can see the Bdoc is getting created and correctly filled with the text in T_BAPISTRUCT.
The issue whenever I make a change on the ERP side, the Bdoc does not seem to get processed in CRM. The bizar thing is that when I stop the inbound queue in CRM, I can see that there is an R3AD* Bdoc for the changes I have made. When I debug the processing of the Bdoc, the code does not pass the function module to handle the extra fields (function linked to process SMOUTIL3).
Also, when I try to see if the Bdoc got processed correctly in SMW01, I cannot see it there.
Anyone an idea what is going on here?

We are facing the BDoc error Specify either address number or address handle(AM-53) of BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
Such errors are triggered when an address is updated/created.
I came across a number posts in SCN regarding the issue but those could not help me out.
We have the latest version of SAP CRM - EHP3 FOR SAP CRM 7.0
It would be great if you share your views/solution regarding the exception.

Hi Guys,
In our landscape data flows from ECC -->CRM --> MDM and we are having a requirement where we need only some specific sales Org and Distribution channel data should flow into MDM.
For restricting the data flow to MDM we are setting filters in CRM using T-Code crmd_mdm_filter with Sales Org and DC values set but when we tried to reflect the changes the results are not the same as we expected .i.e. even after the Sales Org and DC value is set in the filter still all the data is flowing from CRM to MDM.
We have applied note 1868296 in CRM for this filter.
Please provide inputs your on this.

i checked and seems like system is throwing dump when users are trying to change the colors of the CRM screen. Coudl you please check and suggest me the solution?

Hello *, I need to migrate legacy Business Partner data into SAP CRM 7.0 EhP3 using LSMW in combination with IDOCs (message type: CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M; basis type: CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M03). Except one value everything works fine. Up to now it is not possible to fill the ADDR1_DATA-LANGU (value: ES) rather the system defaults value EN. This value is no constant in mapping or similar. I tried several structures but I'am still not able to reach the necessary field. Does anyone know this behaviour and a solution? Kind regards Thomas

when application consultants try to modify a custom date rule in our CRM development system (transaction TIMECUST, folder Date Rules) the error in the subject is returned. In my opinion this is a leftover from a system copy from the production.
Unfortunately I'm not able to understand where to fix this information, all custom objects in TADIR have the correct original system, and in the related tables (TIMERULE* tables) the original system is not present.
Anyone know where the original system information is stored for these objects?

We have the following scenario:
We have Business Partners in CRM and ERP (Integrated)
- We performed the initial download from ERP, and it seems to work fine.
- We do a modification in a BP in ERP and it flows to CRM.
- Our issue is when we modify some data from BP in CRM. It does not flow to ERP.
If we use the CRMM_BUPA_SEND the modifications flow correctly.
- Please see the attached image with SMWP transaction screenshot.
Could you please help me in order to solve this issue?

actually my rerquirement is to replicate the BP Classification data from ecc as BP marketing attribute in CRM.
using class type BUP in ECC and created classes in it. same classs has been created in CRM.classification data is getting created and changed against BP id in ECC. but i want the same to be relicate in CRM as BP marketing attributes. standard BP replication is done in both the direction(ECC <-> CRM).
implemented note : 609236 in CRM.
please help me is this issue.

I am facing a BDOC middleware issue.
The story is generally we create Sales order in CRM which is replicated to ECC.
Some time the user changes the sales order in ECC the same is replicated to CRM.
In this case when the user tries to change the division for one of the Item of sales order in ECC and saves it. A Bdoc is triggered to CRM but the data is not updated in CRM no error messages appears in the CRM Inbound (SMQ2) .
Then soon an outbound (SMQ1) BDOC queue is generated in CRM side for that sales order and it keeps on creating infinity queue entries for the same order. This action causes a continuous update to the sales order from CRM to ECC which resets the values of the division in ECC with the previous division of CRM.
Since so many outbound bdoc entries are created continuously the sales order in CRM is always in distributed status.
Now I want to stop the multiple entries being generated automatically in CRM outbound queue (SMQ1) for the sales order when I save the sales order in ECC.
I am new to SAP CRM Middleware. Please I need your expert advice.

I have BDocs in outbound queue which are in stuck stage with error as "Fill in all required entry fields" ; this is happening for the customer . I could find out that one of the mandatory field of customer master is not maintained in ECC which is maintained in CRM. The field is mandatory only in ECC not in CRM.
In order to generate BDOC i am initially removing the value in CRM from BP, so that both customer and BP doesn't have the mandatory field value and then again re-entering it. The value flows from CRM to ECC; but when i try to re-process the stuck BDoc the changes are once again reverted back. i.e. mandatory field value gets deleted from the customer master in ECC.
Is there an alternative way where this can be achieved.

Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Create sales order in ECC and do not add material and Save the order
2. Open the same order in ECC, The error message will be displayed.

Im facing an error with the tool. When im replicating customers from ECC to CRM system sometimes gives me the following error in the transaction smw01 "Not Determinated Organizational Data set". I Couldnt find any pattern of this error. I was reviewing the transaction PPOMA_CRM and everything is configured correctly, whether organizational unit, sales office and sales groups. We work with SAP CRM 7 EHp1.
Anyone have any ideas to help me to resolve this issue?

i am trying to replicate contact person from CRM to ISU, but BDOC goes into intermidiate state and SMQ1 shows sysfail error. When i click on sysfail it gives error as "Function module "CRM_BUPA_INBOUND_REL_MD" not found". i maintained all the configs as per the best practice and also as per the note 757955.
Here i am nit confused as the error comes in out bound queue and it talks about FM which as per description seems to be looks like inbound FM. also i checked and this FM already exists in the CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU table with active check box selected.
Any pointers to solve this issue will be helpful.

days. Outbound queues are getting stuck with status 'READY'. The
outbound
queue is registered. Running report SMOF_START_QUEUES also does not
help.
After a while, the queue starts processing. This happens randomly.Pleasehave a look and suggest some solution

We are facing an issue where each time we try to make a change to a business agreement in ECC (like adding an account name) the changes are not replicating to CRM. The BUAG is in the CRM tables and the BP also exists in CRM as well. When we display the Message Body we can see the added account name in the BUAG_TEXT under Special_DATA. Can anyone explain why we are seeing this error and what we may be missing?
This is the BDOC error we are receiving in SMW01:
