Hi All,

I am working in Middle ware Monitoring and having a good knowledge of ABAP.

When I am Creating any Business partner through web UI same business partner created in ISU automatically.

My question is that

* How to know, which function module is executed is ISU for creating same business partner.

* Can we stop debug control in ISU.

* In which table data is going to store in ISU.

Hi Experts,

In our scenario Organization handles Import as well as retail business. So its an Importer and also a Dealer catering to end-customer. We're planning to integrate SAP DBM with SAP CRM. Will CRM Middleware handle most of integration of the Master Data(Customer, Vehicle, etc.) and the Transaction(Sales Order, Service Order, Complaint, etc.)between CRM & DBM?? If not, what's the alternatives?

Kindly help me out with your suggestions. Thanks in Advance.

Trigger customer download

Hi all,

In our landscape, the master system for customers is our ERP system. We have downloaded all active customers to CRM.

The customers that were not active (deletion flag active) were not replicated. What we see now is that when one of those inactive customers is revived, it does not flow to CRM. A BUPA_MAIN is triggered but not one of type 'insert' but one of type 'update'. Basically this is normal because I performed a change on the customer by removing the deletion flag.

How can I now make sure that when the deletion flag is removed from the customer in ERP, a bdoc of type BUPA_MAIN and also BUPA_REL gets triggered with an 'insert' ?

Best regards

How to stop replication of a Particular Bdoc Type?

Requirement:

Bdoc Replication from CRM to ECC and vice versa should be stop for particular Bdoc Type. In this scenario BUPA_MAIN Bdoc type should not replicate between ECC and CRM system.

As-is-process:

Presently, there are no restrictions on Bdoc replication between both the system CRM & ECC. Thus, as stated above, replication of particular Bdoc need to be stopped. This requirement generally arise while set-up of new system, in my case we are setting up Quality system and until everything got set-up correctly (Like All the Transport Request import correctly) as Development system, nothing should be replicate between new ECC Quality system and CRM Quality system.

To-be-process:

In the new environment Bdoc replication should be stopped.

Solution:

To achieve this requirement there are set of steps provided in SPRO, by which we can stop replication of any Bdoc types. In this example I have taken Bdoc Type BUPA_MAIN.

Step 1: Go to SPRO =>

1.png

Step 2:   Go to => Customer Relationship Management =>

CRM Middleware and Related Components =>

Message Flow Setup=> Execute (F8) - BDoc Type Settings.

2.png

Step 3: Create New Entries.

3.png

Step 4:  maintain entry in below fields as mentioned below.

A.    Short Name text Box: give Bdoc name for that particular Adapter Object type for which you want to stop replication.

B.    Use XML: select Default option.

C.    Do Not Send: Make it check.

D.    Save the entries.

How to default sales area for BP

$

Dear Experts,

I'm working on a SAP CRM environment that's integrated with SAP IS-U and SD. Whenever a bp (in role contractpartner) is created in IS-U, it's also created as a customer in SD with a default sales area. I want to have to same functionality in CRM. When I create a bp in CRM, it's getting replicated to IS-U and SD, but no sales area is assigned to that bp. We already tried via the organisational model, but this is not working.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Thanks!

Hello Experts,

We are facing the same issue as mentioned in the thread above. We already checked the Note Implementations on the R/3 side and the solution proposed above does not work. The dumps seem to be occuring on a random basis, so we are unable to debug the middleware flow.Any hints please?

Error: Address still in use; change to validity not allowed

Dear Experts,

we have a business partner (Company) with 2 adresses as company is changing from one city to another one. This business partner has several contact persons assigned and this contact persons use the reference address of the company.

Now we want to put an end date (Transaction BP) to the old adress and make the new address the standard address. When trying to save we get an error "Address still in use; change to validity not allowed". We found out that the old adress is still assigned to the contact persons and the system we think for this reason does not allow us to make the adress changes on the company.

Is there any SAP Standard way so that the new standard adress is automatically referenced to the contact persons too? We want to avoid of making all the changes to all of the contact persons. Can this be switched of with change of parameter CRMADDR in view SMOFPARSFA?

Any hints are welcome.

Hi experts,

I have a employee which is created by an idoc from another system with number starting from 0H. When i go to this employee in BP transaction, if i go to identification tab and try to edit the personnel number, it is not editable. My requirement is to assign the personnel number of this employee to another employee by removing the personnel number from here. If i try to assign the personnel number of this employee to another employee, it says personnel number already been assigned.

How can i remove the personnel number from this employee and assign the same to another employee?. Usually in bp transaction, the personnel number is editable i see.

Any helps appreciated.

Middleware - Material Replication Issue - Health Industry

Background:

My client is in the  Health Industry Sector and we have SAP ECC 6.0 and we are implementing SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2. We need to down load the master

data into CRM using Middleware. We have been able to download the customer and contacts.

Issue:

When we download materials - our EAN number looks like this - +D6583276820F and when we download this into CRM we get a Error

as ( In CRM EAN Article Numbers are managed as Global Item Number (GTIN) in a 14 format - Ref SAP NOTE  446659)

How do we handle this and be able to convert our EAN number into an acceptable format in CRM ?

The reason our numbers is in this format is because we follow the HEBIC Code ( Health Industry Bar Code)

Any Help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Simplest cleanest way to Stop BUPA_REL CRM->ECC

$

Hi Gurus Im on a SAP CRM 7.0

Our Accounts Master Data its created on ERP and Sync to CRM.

Due to business constrains we don´t want created CRM contact persons or updates.

I am thinking about the cleanest solution to keep my current Sync From ERP ->CRM

Allowing me to create new CP on CRM but not sync them back to ERP,

Ideas:

1- Smoeac delete/ create useless filter  on r3 Site Subcription Bussines Partner relationships ..

  2- BUPA_REL create useless filter.

Seamed to work but BUPA_RELs keep generating and on yellow (not send to all receivers)

3- Some imaginative customizing.. spliting ranges

4- Blocking queues.. (dislike it .. cause al my bdocs will get red)

5 event tables, and flow tables...

Thank you in advance for your ideas if any has any best practice from SAP for this Scenario on Contact persons??

Sumary: Contacts Persons will be created and updated on ECC and CRM,

Creations and Updates will be sync From ECC to CRM

CP created or updated on CRM wont be syncd to ECC

Dear All,

I have set properly the the fact sheet for the Sales orders.

I set the last 15 documents in the ERP. But on the CRM Webui
there are some missing sales orders. Have you ever faced this issue?

For example, I can see the customer's order in March. But the next
orders are issued in last year. So the orders from February and January
are missing.

Thanks for your help,

Error: Business partner xx does not exist as customer, change not possible

Hi experts,

can anybody please help me solving this issue? I found some threads regarding this topic but no one got answered clearly.

Whlie trying to add a relationship between a contact Person and customer (with an custom relationship in assignment block "relationships") in CRM we get sometimes the BDoc error "Business partner xx does not exist as customer, change not possible". When I check in ECC I see that both customer and contact Person are available in ECC. I don´t know why this error message occure! The most important thing is that these message occure for contact person, not for customer. So why the System try to change the contact person as customer? Or is this "normal" behavior because a contact person is always part of customer in ECC?

I checked pide in ECC...Is it correct to have no entry in transaction PIDE (CRM -> ECC)? In ECC -> CRM there are a lot of entries!

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Tanja

How to sync the Address of BP in ADRC & HRP1028

$

Hello Experts,

We have created some org objects as part of conversion & automatically  BP's were created. For those  BP's in the org maintenance  we have address tab & in that we have address. But what happened is we have updated the BP address using CRM Web UI not through Org maint screen. So the BP has has its own address in the address assignment block. But that address(ADRC) is not in sync with address in the Address tab(table HRP1028) of the BP in the Org maintenance screen(PPOMA_CRM). If we update the address here it is not updating in ADRC & vice versa.

My question is,

1. what is the SAP recommended & standard approach when we upload the BP as part of Org structure.

2. Is there any way we can sync these addresses(at ADRC & hrp1028) of the BP? Meaning STD sap program available?

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Pandu.
