Material not getting replicated from ECC to CRM

Hi Experts,

 

When I create and save a material in ECC it is not getting replicated to CRM. Bdoc is getting stuck with the following error :

 

"Parameters required to call function module COM_CATEGORY_READ are missing (Message no. COM_CATEGORY801)

 

Validation error occurred: Module COM_PRODUCT_MAT_VALIDATE, BDoc type PRODUCT_MAT."

 

Can anyone help me out how to resolve this error. It is urgent. or how to proceeed with the debugging for this issue. My SAP Release is 7.0. and no dump is getting generated while trying to reprocess the bdocs. This problem is happening only for the new products which is being created from ECC to replicate to CRM. If we do some changes in the existing product, the change is getting replicated.

DNL_CUST_BASIS keeps 'running' status

Hi gurus,

 

We are trying to perform initial load for customizing object DNL_CUST_BASIS. After we executed the initial load transaction, this customizing object sits in 'running' status and never completes. We checked in the system (processes, Bdocs, queues), there was nothing happened.

 

Would you please advise why this happened (we have already checked SAP note 887696), and how to fix it?

BP role MKK still in use.adress validity cannot be changed

Hi experts,

 

We are trying to replicate a newly added standard address

In BP from CRM to R/3 but Bdoc is failing with the error  "BP role MKK still in use. address validity cannot be changed".

MKK is the contract partner role in ECC.

 

Please help me resolving this issue.

BOM_ERP object download

Dear all.

 

I'm trying to download bom for one of the materials. I have downloaded material and all components via object Material. I have added BOM settings in hierarchy configuration and set filter for BOM_ERP. But i have bdoc error :

 

Parent objects have not been downloaded

Message no. COM_BOM_EXCHANGE012

 

What settings in configuration i have missed? Any Ideas?

SMQ1 queue fail with status "STOP". Generic stop set error

Hi,

 

I am done the initial load from R3 to CRM.And after that when we try to do any changes in R3 then those changes are not replecting in CRM.

 

when I check In R3 system out bound queue was stuck up with the status "STOP".When I try to click and process it manually it is showing error as "Generic Stop set) message no: SR088.

 

I went to SMQS and try to derigister the R3Acustomer queues .But still it is showing as stop error only.

 

I

 

Please help me in resolving it. Helpful answers will be rewarded.

Change data is not coming in delta queue

Dear Team,

 

Scenario:-


We are changing the status of some order(leads) by a generic program and updating the table and it is getting updated successfully..

But after changing the status that data is not reflecting as change or updated data that's why these entries not showing in Delta queue.

because of that data is not coming in BW side while loading data through Delta Process.

 

Please guide us to solve this issue.

Account Hierarchy "Copy To" function is not working in sap crm web ui

Dear All,

 

When ever user navigate into account hierarchy, after selecting the second node, when every they click on "Copy To" under more, after selecting Target Hierarchy , the system taking to below exception.

 

 

 

Define NavigationalLink to_hierarchy_copy for source view BP_HIER/EOVPHierarchyTreeV in component BP_HIER.

 

 

Exception Class: CX_BSP_WD_INCORRECT_IMPLEMENT

 

 

Pls advise.

BADI to modify a BP AFTER save

Hello Expert,

 

i have a scenario in which i have to add information about territory on the BPs after their creation on CRM.

 

Simplifying:

  • BPs are created / modified on CRM from R/3 through BUPA_MAIN or BUPA_REL
  • for each BP in BUPA_MAIN / REL, if the BP has Role "ZROLE" and a relation with the BP "BP_X"
    • add the new BP on the territory "terr_A"

 

Now I must find a BAdi that is triggered after the commit of creation / update, because i need all the information on DB to use the BOL in order to assign a territory.

All the BAdi I've tried (PARTNER_UPDATE, BUPA_ROLE_CHECK, BUPA_FURTHER_CHECKS, BUPA_GENERAL_UPDATE and so on...) are triggered before the commit so, for example, i can't find the information on the BUT000 as well as I can't use BOL programming to do analisys.

Can you help me?

Buffer update of Tax condition from ERP in CRM at Sales order

Hi All,

 

I am currently creating orders in CRM and replicating in ERP, pricing is downloaded fron ERP, when we maintain a tax record for CST is ERP, Tax codition is moved in CRM at table how ever when i create an order it doesnt pic the condition record, it gets updated after 12.00 am, I am not able to find the appropriate routine job which is responsible for updating the record immediately, It is happening in ERP sales order in standard,

 

I have also followed this note but still no change i have observed.

Change on UO launches BUPA_MAIN Update with sales group empty

Dear All,

 

Im having an issue of data consistency.

I have a Organitational Structure defined and integrated with the ERP.

 

We have some UOs that are used for grouping pourpouses of the sales Groups

 

But no info or mapping is maintained.

The UOS below contain the SALES GROUP info.

When we move one of this son nodes to a different Parent, the SD mapping structure doesn't change.

 

But this is triggering the update of all BPs related with wrong information:

As a result we lost all this info an we need to generate a specific request (R3AR2) to recover the info.

 

Do you know how to avoid this behavour? As at least once a year our whole structure is supposte to be changed?

 

Is these the standard behavour.??

Initial download Materials: Mat. for Initial Download: Table not supported

Hi Middleware guru,

 

while the initial load of material I am experiencing a strange problem. After checking all customizing tables in ECC and CRM, I got the following error for Bdoc type PRODUCT_MAT:

 

Mat. for Initial Download: Table not supported by function

Message no. C_014

 

After checking transaction Smw01 I have noticed that there are a couple of Bdocs, where one has got status processed, meanwhile the other one has got status rejected.

There is no data in table COMM_PRODUCT.

I tried to apply note:

1121999 Error in BDoc even when the BDoc is in status F02,

which actually describe in a excellent way what it happens in our system.

 

But unfortunately this note does not apply to our case as we run CRM 701 with package 6.

Please if you have experienced the same issue and you have solved this problem, please share your solution.

CRM-SERVICE Contract All the tab's are not showing while creating abap

Dear Experts,

 

Am having problem while creating Service Contract thru my ABAP Program, my program generating the contract perfectly, but i want to update the Ibase Object details, in my program am using the CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN function module. In the function module am using  internal table  IT_ORDPRP_OBJL_I_D for updating the Object list.

 

But when am checking the transaction, the tab itself not showing for the created contract. Pl check the below screen.

 

But when am creating thru manual its showing all the tab. Can anyone help me what will be the problem.

How to mask SSN number in Identification Number field in BP?

Hello Gurus,

 

We have a requirement to mask the initial 5 digits of SSN number when displayed in the Identification Number field in the Identification tab of BP transaction. What is the best way to go ahead with this enhancement?

We do not want to encrypt the data at the database level. Just encrypt at while displaying SSN Number on BP transaction.

 

If anyone has carried out such enhancement, would appreciate if you can share how you did it?

Business Partner replication from ECC to CRM based on Company code

Hi:

I got this requirement where we need to transfer customers from ECC --> CRM. Customers specific to a company code.

 

Trying to maintain Filters for  CUSTOMER_main--> KNB1- BUKRS to filter customers by a certain company code.  I get this error " Table not maintained in smoftables."

Checked table " SMOFFILFLD" to see there are no entries for KNB1.

 

While I could check with my superiors on restricting transfer of customers based on Sales area data, as KNVV and KNVP data is maintained.

 

I would like to know if I can proceed with adding new table KNB1 to this table. If this is not recommended kindly suggest one.

Flow Defintions in MW

hello can someone please explain me how to check flow definitions in CRM?

 

I allways see, MI0 and MO1, but never see MI2, MO2, MO3.... etc... when will they be called?

 

What does validation Service do? (i see validation Services are maintained in table SMW3BDOCIF.. does it vallidate the data? or something else).

Product ID already exists BDOC Error

So in the last couple months we have been getting a lot of BDOC errors in our Production CRM system...can not replicate it in Q.

 

Has anyone had experience with this error? If so, how did you resolve it?

 

The only helpful solution that I read about that might work would be to delete the product and repost the bdoc but its a production system, so I am not sure I want to do that...

The front end PMS (Property Management System) - SAP Customised product is unable to connect with the JCo Middleware server because of the above mentioned error.

The thing is that in java application I have set the maximum pool size (SAPPool) to 50.

Still we are facing this error twice a week.

 

Is there any kind of setting in SAP server side where JCo RFC connection limits can be set ?

 

Can any pls help in this regard.

Channel Partner Responsibilities - Tables and Idocs

Hi All,

 

I am updating my corp account with responsibilities(Standard Functionality), which I found its updating AUSP table as characteristics.

Do we have any Idoc or Bdoc which I can upload mass data? I have check standard IDoc CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE, but dont have enough information in that. Since this is a Channel partner , is there any different approach to upload data other that Idocs?

MCRM_SETTINGS report cant change the already existing consumer

Hi Middleware gurus,

 

I have a problem in setting up of  CRM middleware setup with ECC .  The scenario is ECC is connected to CRM already and data is transferred, so as a result of that for all the objects in CRM the default consumer is CRM.  And now due to some requirements , i want to connect this same CRM system to another ECC and so the requirement is to change this already existing default consumer to a new consumer as per the new ECC system.

 

SO, I ran the report MCRM_SETTINGS to change the consumer but the result says- the object is already a consumer.

 

So, now the question is - cant i over write the already existing consume  to a new consumer...
