install base replication
Hello Guys,
our requirement is to replicate the ibases to CRM from ECC. Which means Ibase is physically existing in ECC with all equioments.
is it possible to have the same number of Ibase as in ECC in CRM please? Also we need to triger the delta when Ibase is changed... can we have an event for the ibase? has anyone worked on this requirement earlier please? or new adapter completly advised?
By standard, We can only let equipment replicating to ECC and let it create Ibase on its way but our requirement is diffrent. struglling on a way to stop equipment replication logically...which means equioment should not create an Ibase but equioment update should trigger an Ibase specific information to CRM. coz equioment is ECC is attached to Ibase in ECC. so it should always be specific to ibase not to the equioment. Also on its way it should bring the Ibase number from ECC.
Any inputs on this requirement is appreciated.

Product GUID is Blank in Pricing condition table in sap crm
Hi ,
Can you please provide inputs on the below .
Downloaded few conditions tables CNCCRMPRCCUS* from ECC to CRM , for certain conditions , field Product GUID is showing as Blank i.e (00000000000000000000000).
What might be the reason for this blank entry.

Obsolete material characteristics values to be removed
Hi,
We have number of obsolete material characteristic values which we don't want to display in the product configuration while creating quotations.
Is there anyway of hiding these characteristics values?

Pricing Replication from SAP ECC to SAP CRM

I need to replicate pricing from SAP ECC to SAP CRM, I have read some posts in the forum with regards to the same.

As per the below post the following objects need to be downloaded
a)DNL_CUST_CND_ALL
b)DNL_CUST_PRICE
I have a few queries on the same
1) We have replicated Product Hierarchies, Plants,Materials from SAP ECC to SAP CRM, hence before I replicate pricing are there any further dependencies?
1) Does the system follow a sequence with regards to points mentioned in a and b, if yes please advice which object should I download first?
2) Leaving these two objects do I need to download any other objects as well say for access sequence or condition records for e.x.

Sales order status not replicated from ECC to CRM
Hello Experts,
In my project scenario, quotation is created in CRM and replicated in ECC. Sales order creation and rest other logistic operations happen in ECC. When sales order is delivered and invoiced ECC system assign system status to sales order as "Completed" which then flows back to CRM. Sales order no. and its status can be seen in quotation in CRM.
There are two sales orders in scope. One of sales order status is getting replicated from ECC to CRM correctly but not for other. Please let me know if I am missing some step for this sales order transaction type either in ECC or CRM.

How to add SAP CRM standard field to CRM pricing catalog
Dear Gurus,
How to add the SAP CRM standard field to CRM pricing catalog, I am getting the following issues, could you please guide. Thank you very much.
1) I have a standard filed name IND_SECTOR and element - BU_IND_SECTOR, I need to add this to pricing catalog, when I try to add I am getting warning as Name space is SAP, use Z* or Y*
2) I am not getting the data type and length, I think it should get automatically right
3) When I click the warning in the mentioned 1 has gone, but it's asking to save in sap package, can I go ahead and use the SAP package called /SAPCND/MAINTENANCE_T. Will there be any issue later or please advise am I missing something here.
I have referred the SAP note 441083, but there they have used Z field

Execution of duplicate check
Hello,
in our demo system the duplicate check is only executed when the address data like the country field of a contact is filled.
I expect the execution at that moment when the name of the obviously duplicate is filled and the button "enter" is pressed.

CRM middleware : Replication of customized field data from ECC to CRM
We want to create a new field (check flag field) in Material master in ECC and make this available in CRM product master.
This means the field needs to be available in master data in both ECC and CRM and should be replicated through the standard middleware for the material replication between ECC and CRM.
Can you please suggest what is the best approach to do this.

Moving Organizational Units
Hi Team,
We are restructuring our Organizational Structure.
We are moving some of the organization units from their current level to the upper level, renaming some of the Organization Codes and Descriptions.
Can you please let me know how to transport the above changes from Development- Quality-Production Systems.
I know that we use RHMOVE30 Program to transport Organization Units, but here I am only changing the descriptions, codes and restructuring the organization units.

BDOC Direct send

we have some BUPA_MAIN's sent from CRM to R3. They were sent with a direct send. The BDOC in SMW01 shows no creator username. Is tere any chance to find out who the Directsend was triggered by ?

Errors occurred during call of function module BUPR_EMPLO_DELETE
when distributing employee data from (HCM) to (CRM) there is an error that appears in relation with the settings for the Business Parner:
"Errors occurred during call of function module BUPR_EMPLO_DELETE
Message no. R11335
Diagnosis
The business partner BAPIs were called up incorrectly. The indicator IV_X_SAVE was given differing settings when the modules were called.
Within a LUW, the indicator must be consistently set or not set.
System Response
The indicator IV_X_SAVE should be set or not set once off. Up to COMMIT WORK the content of the field may not be changed, as problems will otherwise occur with the internal memory, thus leading to runtime errors."
This prevents CRM to be updated with the changes. Kindly help me on the same.

Unable to insert notes in accounts in WebUI
Hi Expert,
I am able to insert any notes in any accounts (individual, coporate or group account). I am able to see my customizing for text types but i am able to insert any notes under these text types. Please advise how can i overcome this problem.

Sales order not replicated in ECC from CRM
Hi,
I am facing a production error some of the sales order are not replicated from crm to ecc .
I have checked smq1,smq2,smw01,smw02,slgi but no error message is there even there is no dump regarding the same.
In crmd_order there is no error display but document flow is not enable and in status tab R/3 Transfer and R/3 status shows( A error in Distribution) & user/system status (Open and contains error) .
Checking the same in smw01 queue shows confirmed (fully processed) ,checking the same in glass icon its shows ERP adapter is called,No upload into ERP.
Kindly suggest .

Adapter object for incoterms
Hello,
I am supposed to mantain incoterms in CRM. I have found an adapter object DNL_CUST_SHIP which brings these incoterms to CRM. However, it brings this data only with respect to the business partners. however, there is an issue with taxes during pricing. I can maintain it directly in the path TTE->tax maintanance settings->Business Process->Define terms. howeever, is this the right way to do it? Is there another adapter object for this?
