Hi gurus,
when replicating a business partner delta change from ERP to CRM it works but if i check SMW01 it seems the CRM wants to bring some delta information back to ERP via BDOC (CSA*) for exactly that business partner and the BDOC has a red ligth. It could be cause of SMOEAC publication & subscription have been made also for BP in spite of i do not think it is necessary and i do not know which information he wants to get from CRM to ERP because it does not seem to make sens as the delta change has been made in ERP and the information has to go from ERP to CRM and not the other way.
Anyway, the BDOC has the following error text:
Could not determine module name: BUPA_MAIN GENKEY: REP_GET_RECIPIENT
I checked SMOEAC but everything seems ok. But checking R3AC1 CUSTOMER_MAIN i see that there is no mapping module defined for CRM-->R/3
That seems to be the case for other default CRM systems too
So i have two qustions: How to get the BDOC green and is there a mapping module entry needed?
Or should i just kill the SMOEAC entries because we only make changes for BP in one way ERP-->CRM
