Integration between SAPFS PM and CRM

Hi,

Could you please let me know whether we can Integrate SAP FS PM(Policy management) with SAP CRM system using crm middleware.

I need to replicate Policy object from FS PM to CRM system,plz let me know how can we replicate it.
