- Go to CRMD_ORDER t-code.
- Choose Status Distribution lock and enter the required date range as per below.
- Click Start button.
- Double click on the RMA number and go to the change mode for the below screen
- Go to Transaction data tab and then Status tab as shown below
- Press the reset status button and press distribution lock button
- Save it.
